Late 19th or early 20th century pocelain egg cup. The goblet shaped egg cup in the form of a cracked egg (top edge gilt), supported by a kneeling cherub surmounted with a garland of applied leaves and flowers. This is an unusual and attractive egg cup and apart from a "nibble" from two of the applied flowers, it is in extremely good condition. Height 3.5 inches ( 9 cms.). Price : £40
