Wedgwood bowl designed by Rex Whistler and decorated inside and outside with his charming and stylish 1930s vignettes of Clovelly in Devon Printed Marks to the base read "Rex Whistler Design" , Wedgwood, Made in England. Also printed is a large printed italic "P" and a capital "I" in quotes. Impressed Marks to the base are as follows : "Wedgwood" "Made in" ("England" missing), either "O" or "D" followed by "33" signifying either October or December 1933 and what looks like a "12" seperate from the date code. Condition is good with no cracks or repairs. Just some minor wear (not affecting the illustrations though) and a few flecks under the glaze on the white background.
