Walking Ware milk jugs. Simlar to the Walking
Ware Cups on the previous page, these
two examples were also made at Lustre Pottery by Roger Michell
in 1988 and decorated by Danka Napiorkowska.
Roger and Danka had originally designed the Walking
Ware range and subsequently marketed items from the range famously through
Carltonware in the 1970s and early 1980s. The examples shown are a
few of a small number made after Carltonware had closed their Pottery,
and have the advantage of being handmade Lustre Pottery studio examples
and with variant sock decorations. Some glaze cracking. £80 for the
two.(includes postage in the U.K) Sold
